Rules
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission.✦ Payment must be made by Paypal - Vgen✦ Full payment is before. I will only continue to work on the commission after receiving full payment. Payment plans must be discussed privately.✦ You have to give me visual references. (poses, expressions, clothes, etc.)
Work In Progress images will be sent for feedback. MAJOR CHANGES will only be allowed during the sketch phase.
⚬ MINOR CHANGES: Changing hair elements / small details / eye/mouth positioning / colors / etc.
⚬ MAJOR CHANGES: Changing the pose / outfit / hairstyle / etc.✦ I will publish the commission drawings on my social networks with a watermark, unless the client requests not to.✦ I make a maximum of 5 corrections, after these you will be charged an additional $5 for the correction.✦ Commissions are PERSONAL USE ONLY.✦ Refunds will only be offered in the case of cancellation prior to completion. I will not accept requests or refunds after the drawing is finalized and delivered.✦ The refund will be 50% depending on how far the drawing has progressed. If it was due to a complication on my part, it will be 100%.✦ The artwork should take a maximum of 3 months to be delivered. The client is free to ask for an estimation of when their commission might be finished.✦ The finished artwork is delivered in a mail (drive folder), along with any variations of the work, usually sent by private message.
I have the right to retain screenshots of the commission conversation as a protective system in the case of slanderous remarks. By messaging me, you are agreeing to my terms and will accept the enforced penalties if you fail to follow through. Penalties include: cancellations, the potential of no refund, black listing, and artists beware post. The refusal of refunds is only applicable if the commission experience is incredibly deplorable due to your behavior. Understand that I am a human first and an artist second. I have the right to refuse to work with anyone who talks down to me, treats me poorly, makes me uncomfortable, sexualizes, or objectifies me. If I choose to take a penalizing action, I will send a courtesy message explaining what led to the cancellation and any other action. As a protective measure, I will screenshot evidence and the courtesy message to justify slander.

Se enviarán imágenes del trabajo en progreso para recibir comentarios. Solo se permitirán cambios importantes durante la fase de boceto.
⚬ CAMBIOS MENORES: Cambio de elementos del cabello / pequeños detalles / posición de ojos/boca / colores / etc.
⚬ CAMBIOS IMPORTANTES: Cambio de pose / atuendo / peinado / etc.✦ Publicaré los dibujos de las comisiones en mis redes sociales con marca de agua, a menos de que el cliente solicite que no.✦ Hago un máximo de 5 correcciones, después de estas se te cobrará $5 adicionales por la corrección.✦ Las comisiones son SOLO DE USO PERSONAL.✦ Solo se ofrecerán reembolsos en caso de cancelación antes de la finalización del dibujo. No se aceptarán solicitudes de reembolso una vez finalizado y entregado el dibujo.✦ El reembolso será del 50%, dependiendo del progreso del dibujo. Si se debió a una complicación mía, será del 100%.✦ El dibujo debe tiene un máximo de 3 meses para entregarse. Tengo derecho a conservar capturas de pantalla de la conversación de la comisión como sistema de protección en caso de comentarios difamatorios. Al enviarme un mensaje, aceptas mis términos y aceptarás las sanciones impuestas si no cumples. Las sanciones incluyen: cancelaciones, la posibilidad de no recibir reembolso, inclusión en la lista negra y publicaciones de "artistas, cuidado". El rechazo de reembolsos solo se aplica si la experiencia de la comisión es increíblemente deplorable debido a tu comportamiento. Entiende que soy un ser humano primero y un artista segundo. Tengo derecho a negarme a trabajar con cualquiera que me hable con condescendencia, me trate mal, me haga sentir incómodo, me sexualice o me cosifique. Si decido tomar una acción penalizadora, enviaré un mensaje de cortesía explicando qué llevó a la cancelación y cualquier otra acción. Como medida de protección, capturaré la evidencia y el mensaje de cortesía para justificar la difamación.
