Terms of service:

-I have the right to reject your commission in the event that you ask me for something that I don't feel comfortable drawing or you behave unpleasantly or rudely towards me.-Once the commission is delivered you can give it any personal, non-commercial use.-I will publish the drawings of the commissions on my social networks, but if you don't want me to publish a photo of you, don't hesitate to tell me.-If you upload the commission to your social networks it is not mandatory that you give me credit, but it is appreciated that you do so. Obviously you should not say that you did it.- I make a maximum of 6 corrections, after these you will be charged an additional $5 for the correction.

Time:

-It depends, if you need it for an event like a birthday gift, you can tell me so I can take it into account and know that I have to finish it before “x” date. It takes a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of a month, any delay will be communicated.

Payment information:

What is the payment method?
(Payment will be made via PayPal)
Do I need to send any proof?
(Yes, you must send me a screenshot that you have made the purchase, it must show your verification as a customer and the invoice. This is done automatically by PayPal, but sometimes it is delayed)
When do I have to pay the commission?
(Payment will be made in advance of delivery, that is, when you have read all the conditions and place the order/not after receiving the drawing/I will NOT start the drawing until payment is confirmed/ Payment will be made when I have already sent you the first sketch)
Is the price debatable?
(No, if you insist I will stop answering)

Refund Terms::

Will the money be refunded in full or in part?
(the refund will be partial, since it is up to the person to verify that I am doing my job well. So this involves my lost time as well)Under what circumstances can I request a refund?
(The refund will be made when the following has happened: If you wanted to cancel your commission, but you have already paid and your commission is in process. If something happens to me during the process of your commission and I cannot continue, in this case you will be will return some of your money.)

-The order in which I work consists of this:
Complexity of the drawing.
If you need it for a birthday or an important event.
Order of arrival of the commission.
-This will also depend on the time the commission takes, it normally lasts between 1 or 2 weeks at least, maximum 1 month-Accepted commissions will go to the folder, I will send advances of their progress. The people on the waiting list will be read, but not answered until I have space.-You CAN'T request changes if I've already started coloring, it's up to you to tell me if I should change something in the sketch
